Frequently Asked Questions

There will be a variety of options for people with different types of equipment to suit your set up & needs. Have a full gym? We will use that! Have a couple dumbbells and bands, awesome. You can get fit with ANY set up.


I mountain bike, trail run, ski, hike, climb (I do it all). If you also enjoy sports beyond MTBing this will work for you. I will be there every step of the way supporting you in customizing this for your sports & your goals.


Depending on the severity of the injury, we can work most anything and you will recieve support and guidance on how to train, rest, recover and return to sport with an injury.


This program has support every step of the way, and you will have guidance & support from me (no ai or automated responses) but you will be in the drivers seat so we can develop strategies that work for YOUR life so you can meet your goals.


You can see results from this program with as little as 3 days/wk of approximately 30-45 minutes of training. You will recieve 1:1 guidance on how to navigate your training so it fits YOUR life.

Nope! This program is designed to help you build a strong foundation from the ground up even if you have no formal workout /training experience outside of your sports and will help the seasoned mountain biker struggling with low energy & burnout.


Iron & Grit is is a small group program where you will recieve a ton of 1:1 support. It's basically 1:1 coachig for a fraction of the price.
