Casey helped me train for an event I’d done a few years ago, and the difference was huge.  This time around I was stronger, faster, more confident and ready to crush hills. I really needed accountability to stay the course, and Casey provided that.  I went to Sedona to mountain bike and felt way stronger after just 6 weeks! I was able to ride more without being totally exhausted and definitely felt stronger on the uphills. I can’t wait until bike season in Oregon to see how I feel.
